Ranbir and Deepika together once again?

No no, don't get us wrong, not in their real lives but in their reel lives!

 

Not too long ago, BollyCurry reported that Ayan Mukherji had expressed interest in casting the much talked about ex-flames in his next directorial venture. Now, after much speculation it has been decided that the two will star together in his next movie.

 

Initially both had straight out refused to work together owing to their publicized messy break-up and Deepika's infamous sarcastic remarks towards Ranbir on Karan Johar's controversial chat show, Koffee With Karan. However, Deepika was still very keen on working in Ayan next film therefore maintained contact with him with regards to the script whilst the man himself felt that she would be the perfect person to play the role in his film. So it was only inevitable that Deepika was to be finalized. It had been heard that Ranbir also put old woes aside and gave his nod for the film.
