Fashion Face-off: Neha Dhupia vs. Tammanah Bhatia

The result when two beautiful celebrities commit the largest fashion blunder by repeating one another's outfits? Relentless comparisons with great scrutiny. That's exactly what's happening today in Fashion Face-off as we bring Neha Dhupia and Tammanah Bhatia to the forefront to examine the Payal Singhal lehenga donned by both ladies on different occasions.

Tammanah Bhatia, turned up at a dandiya event in Surat last year, the first to be seen in the ensemble. At that time, it was fresh off the LFW runway. She had completed the look with a net dupatta in the same greyish-purple colour, dangling diamond earrings, an updo, and pink lips. She looked every bit the stunning lady that she is. To top it off, the lehenga fit her seamlessly, leaving no room for any complaints.

Earlier this year (and very much belated), Neha Dhupia turned up in the same Payal Singhal lehenga in black instead of the greyish-purple seen earlier. The event happened to be the recent wedding reception of Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu. She accompanied the lehenga with a net dupatta in the same colour, wavy hair, and a black Bottega Veneta clutch. Aside from the makeup that does nothing short of creating a porcelain doll effect, (which in this case, is not appealing), Neha looked on par with the outfit.
