#MeToo: Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3 director accused of harassment by Mandana

Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3 director Umesh Ghadge faced accusations of harassment from the actress Mandana Karimi. She shared her traumatic experience from the sets of Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3. The former Big Boss contestant was quite vocal during a media interaction as she shared her shocking experience.

She said "Umesh Ghadge started harassing me by changing the steps in the song, putting other people in the song, saying this is a last minute decision. He would call me early onset, ask me to wear clothes that I was not even supposed to wear and would keep me waiting."

The actress felt miserable by her experience as she mentioned that such incidents happen in the industry and she would have to "get a hang of it". While the fear of being termed as drama queen horrified her, she had decided to turn a blind eye against the delicate issue.

She added, "It reached a point where I decided to just keep my mouth shut and my thoughts to myself and accept the fact that women have no voice."

As the actress was asked about Tanushree Dutta and Nana Patekar controversy, Mandana said she "encourages all women who have faced adversity to express themselves."
