A Mumbai restaurant introduces a 'Biryani' inspired by Anil Kapoor

Well, various restaurants are always seen coming up with new names for their cuisines that are inspired either by the actor or the character that they have played. One such actor is Anil Kapoor who role as Lakhan from his film "Ram Lakhan" seems to have inspired the restaurant a lot.

And the name of the dish is. 'Lakhan Jhakkas Biryani' which is the new introduction to the array of Biryanis served at a Byculla outlet in Mumbai. The dish's name is inspired by his role and was introduced as a part of New Year menu. The recipe has apparently been shared by the actor's former chef.

A source informs, "The chef had mastered this dish wherein the chicken is cooked in garam masala. The spices are understated, and the chillies are infused in the marination itself."

When Anil Kapoor heard about this, he said, "I've heard about this dish. It left me surprised. I am happy that the character is loved so much."

Well, this is so sweet, isn't it?
