It has been quite an eventful week in Tinsel Town with numerous
launches and premieres and other events in full swing. For all of you
who
enjoy looking at all things fashionable and glamorous, here is a
round-up of who wore what and where, as we take a look at some of the
most stylishly and interestingly dressed of
the week in this edition's Spotted.
Huma Qureshi attended the Dadasaheb Film Awards held in Mumbai
in a maroon Madison dress complete
with black pumps that matched the color of the belt. We love the dress,
but it
looked a tad bit tight on her and the waistline was off, giving it the
look of a maternity dress. The color, though, looked gorgeous. Neck up,
Qureshi looked fabulous as always. We love the make-up, kept to a modest
minimum and devoid of accessories. The hair, done flawlessly in an updo
completed and accentuated the simplicity of the look. Qureshi was also
one of
the recipients of the award. Make sure your outfit fits you like a glove
next time, Ms. Qureshi!

Sonam Kapoor was seen at the 73
rd edition of the
Dinanath Mangeshkar Awards on Friday. She wore a white and gold-striped House of Kotwara
lehnga to the event.
She styled it with gold bangles, heavy gold earrings, a pink
bindi and
a gold
clutch bag. Her outfit seemed very heavy
and overdone to us, and we definitely do not approve! The make-up, and
certainly the earrings, were excessive. The ensemble seemed to drain all
the energy from her look and she looked almost lost in the sheaths of
fabric and the shine of the bling. Kapoor usually looks stellar, but we
are not impressed this time at all.

Varun Dhawan, along with co-star Shraddha Kapoor, was seen
on the sets of "Dance India Dance Super Moms" while promoting
ABCD 2. He kept it easy-breezy with a
blue jacket over a regular T-shirt and casual shoes. In one word, he looked cool
. As always, Dhawan seems at ease
here and quite comfortable. His hairstyle could do with a make-over, though. We
would quite appreciate the change. Nevertheless, we have no particular
complaints here.

Nargis
Fakhri
Nargis Fakhri was clicked, along with other
celebrities, at Lorenzo Quinn's gallery launch in Mumbai in a black knee-length Giorgio Armani dress and a
brand new hairstyle. The brown highlights and the wavy bob look gorgeous on
her. However, it is not a great match with the outfit, no matter how much we love the simple
black dress. But what looked really out of place were the peep-toe pumps. Closed-toe shoes would have looked a lot
better and helped bring the entire outfit together.

On the sets of "The Anupam Kher Show",
Kajol was clicked wearing a black
top with a black and white skirt by
Abraham
& Thakore. She is very naturally beautiful and that really shone
through in
this look. Devoid of any accessories and styled with very minimal
make-up consisting of lip gloss and gently smoky eyes, she looked simply
magnificent. A
bracelet probably would have been nice, but bare wrists do go perfectly
with the
natural tone of this look.
