Plot

Friendly, brave, outgoing, yet shy of the opposite sex, Chander Kapoor (Bobby Deol), lives an exciting life. To add to this excitement, he helps his friend, Jay, elope with Neena, the daughter of a suspended and rogue police inspector (Mukesh Rishi).
