Raju (<b>Arya Babbar</b>) and Rani (<b>Shreya Sharan</b>) are neighbors and studying in same college. But despite that they are not friends. They hate each other like anything. Rani always complains against Raju, due to which Raju's father (<b>Kiran Karmarkar</b>) responds angrily and blames him as good-for-nothing. However Rani's father (<b>Ashok Saraf</b>) is a police commissioner and a good friend of Raju's father. <br><br>

Once during a college competition, Rani slaps Raju. Raju is on fire now, and threatens Rani that he will take revenge. But before that, Rani's father gets transferred to Kodai Kanal. When Rani's family is leaving the town, Raju also goes to railway station to bid adieu. His frame of mind changes and his mood drops down. Rani is surprised with his behavior and feels that he is now a totally changed man...<br><br>

What happens next? Do both the characters and their attitude towards each other change (as the title suggests)? Do they patch up their differences? This is what the movie revolves around. <br><br>

The film also stars <b>Nishigandha Wad, Shoma Anand, B.Venkat</b> and <b>Varsha Kapkar</b>. <br><br>

Sreekar Prasad</b> is the editor. <br><br>
