The father is 32-year-old industrialist Nikhil (Anand) who is a cancer survivor and desperate to become a father. Actor Shakti Anand, better known as anchor for Sony''''s Crime Patrol was in the city to promote the show today. Speaking in defence of the reality show which has served to enhance sensitivity levels across the country, Anand said the serial was in for a major revamp. Happy to be a bachelor until some time back, Anand is now married to his "Sara Aakash" co-star Sai. He was also in Nach Baliye. Shakti is a Delhite and completed his schooling from the Delhi Tamil Education Association School, Mandir Marg, before graduating in Botany (Honours).
