Madhuri Not Here For A Cinema Comeback?

With 'dhak dhak' girl Madhuri Dixit back in Bollywood with a bang, after a significant period of absence, it is no surprise that the movie offers are pouring in. What is surprising however, is her refusal to commit to any of them.

The latest one to have taken the refusal being Tamil demi-god-star Rajnikanth's film Rana.

We hear that the actor will be seen playing a triple role in the film, paving way for three female leads. Deepika Padukone has been finalized for one of the slots, and according to sources, Rajni was keen on having Madhuri as another. If the deal had materialized, Madhuri would have been cast opposite one of the older characters Rajni is playing whereas 25-year-old Deepika would have romanced the younger onscreen character.

The plans remain unfulfilled however, with Madhuri making no excception and  politely declining the offer.

Of course, her reason for all the refusals intrigues us.  Apparently the lady is missing her sons Arin and Raayan too much and wants to fly back to the United States to be with them, as soon as she can wrap up the current commitments she is involved in, which primarily involves her judging Sony's dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa -4. 

We can't argue with her motherly instincts but we can surely keep our fingers crossed that the diva will say yes to a movie soon, if only for her numerous fans the world over.
