Whereas everyone is ecstatic about the success of the hot item number Munni Badnaam from Salman's Eid time release and BO hit, Dabaang, Emami, makers of Zandu Balm could not be more annoyed and upset.

Apparently, the beauty brand Emami has pressed legal charges over the matter, against Arbaaz Khan Productions Limited, for using their product's name in the song without their permission.

Emami has demanded to either have the song withdrawn or edit out the product name from the lyrics. The Dabaang Producers have yet to decide what to do.

What a pity, we say, for wasn't that going on to become one of riot-ous most lines ever in the history of Bollywood 'innovation lyrics'?!
