Kareena & Akshay to perform at the IPL?

Kareena and Akshay have unfortunately missed the chance to promote their upcoming venture, Kambakkt Ishq at the prominent and elegant, Cannes Film Festival. The reason is simply because of the tiff between the producers and multiplex owners regarding their profit shares. However looks like Kambakkt Ishq's producers are eyeing the IPL to endorse their much awaited movie.

Buzz has it that producers, Sajid Nadiawala and Eros International are talking with the IPL Management Team regarding the film's promotion at this massive event. It is said that Akshay and Kareena may perform on final match, May 24^th in South Africa itself. In addition to the performance, the promos will be shown which are expected to play a big part in the promotions along with the B-Town stars themselves.

Will showcasing Kambakkt Ishq at high levels prove to be beneficial at the end? Guess only the audience will tell.
