Basu plans Metro sequel with Saifeena?!

Anurag Basu has been on cloud nine ever since his 'Life in a Metro' received thunderous reviews from the audience. Infact, the stupendous success of this venture gave Basu the great opportunity to work with the the Roshan clan on the much hyped Hrithik starrer, 'Kites'.  

Its reported that Basu has finished the shooting of 'Kites' and is now working on the next project. Buzz has it that the new project is nothing but a sequel to his megahit movie, 'Life in a Metro'. It is expected to be titled Metro 2. Infact, Basu is trying to rope in the hot and sensational Bollywood couple Saif and Kareena!

 

However, a couple of days ago Basu trashed all these rumours and stated that he not planning any sequal that stars Saif & Kareena.

 

Looks like we won't get to see Saif & Kareena on the silver screen once again nor another successful Basu venture.
