Hailing from a filmy family with well known stunt
choreographer father,
Veeru Devgan, a producer mother, Veenu Devgan, and
a
director brother, Anil Devgan, Ajay

was a shoe in to succeed in this
industry. And succeed is exactly what he found, not only as an actor,
but also as a
director and producer. He has acted in over 80 films, been nominated in
as many
awards and has won over 30 of them. He even has two Best Actor awards
from the
National Film Awards to his credit amongst numerous other awards from
entities
such as Filmfare Awards, Screen Awards, Stardust Awards, etc. Ajay is
one of the few actors in the industry to be in the prestigious 100 Crore
Club with blockbuster successes such as
Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai (2010),
Singham (2011) and
Bol Bachchan (2012) to his credit. He is equally as
successful in his personal sphere. Ajay is a wonderful husband to popular actress
Kajol Devgn and an even better father to 10 year old daughter, Nysa and 3 year old son, Yug.
Ajay
definitely has a long list of popular songs to his credit and if we
started listing them all, will be here forever. So, here is a short list
of his most hit-worthy songs through the years that you can give a
listen to on this special occasion: 'Maine Pyar Tumhi Se Kiya Hai' from
his debut
Phool Aur Kaante (1991), 'Neend Churai Meri' from the much successful
Ishq (1997), 'Pyar Kiya To Nibhana' from
Major Saab (1998), 'Dil Kya Kare' from
Dil Kya Kare (1995) and the title song from
Pyar To Hona Hi Tha (1998). Even in the past decade, he has appeared in numerous hits including 'Naina Thag Lenge' from
Omkara (2006), 'Tum Jo Aaye' from
Once Upon a Time in Mumbai (2010), the title song from
Singham (2011), 'Chalao Na Naino Se' from
Bol Bachchan (2012), 'Rani Tu Main Raja' from
Son of Sardaar (2012), etc.
Remo Dsouza, on the other hand, hailing from a simple family in
Gujarat, has had numerous troubles in his path to

Bollywood and his current stature, from his father's
initial displeasure at his career choice to numerous years of struggling in Mumbai. His
first big break as a dancer came in the form
Ahmed Khan picking him for a small
part in
Rangeela (1995) and since then there
has been no looking back for this dancer, choreographer, reality TV
judge and
director. He has over a 100 songs to his credit and has become a
household name thanks to his stints as a reality TV judge in numerous
seasons of
Dance India Dance and
Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. His first movie
F.A.L.T.U (2011) did relatively well at the box
office and garnered him much appreciation. His second and most recent
directorial venture
ABCD - Any Body Can Dance (2013), India's first 3D dance
film, was a hit at the Box Office and was well received by audiences and critics
alike. He is happily married to Lizelle D'Souza, a fellow model and dancer who
he met on the sets during his early days in the industry. He has two sons.
If
you're looking to celebrate with Remo on his day, then we're here to
help with some of his best work! He's either danced in, choreographed,
or been the director of the movie in these songs. Do give a listen to:
