The 21st
of March marks the birthday of one of the finest leading ladies of
Bollywood, Rani Mukherjee. She will be turning 35 this year, starting
yet another chapter of her life.
This Bengali beauty made her first appearance before the cameras during her school days with the Bengali film
Biyer
Phool in 1992. Nevertheless, she began her acting career in Bollywood with the 1997 social drama
Raja Ki Aayegi Baaraat.
After its success, Rani never had to revamp her career as good quality
films always came her way. She was later seen in
Karan Johar's
Kuch Kuch Hota Hai
alongside
Shah Rukh Khan and
Kajol Devgn. The film was a blockbuster hit and
she even won the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress.
With
successful movies, recognition and rewards also follow. This, like in
anyone's case, happened with Rani as well. She became one of the top
actresses of Indian cinema. She has received the Filmfare Best Actress
award for films like
Saathiya, Hum Tum, and
Black whereas Best Supporting Actress award for
Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Yuva and
No One Killed Jessica.
Quite a long list of achievements, right? Well, with a detailed
analysis, you can find that she has won awards for the majority of films
she has worked in.
Rani
is lucky enough to attain a charming Bollywood career but seems like
she hasn't found the ultimate happiness in her personal life till date.
There have been wide range of rumors of her relationship with
director/producer Aditya Chopra but she has always been denying the
news. Well, we are no one to comment on her personal life so all we wish
is that Rani finds her soul mate in the due course.
With
her movies, she has proved that she deserves to be called the finest of
many, so we would love to see her entertaining us with more wonderful
movies. Wishing her all success in the upcoming films and bundles of
happiness in her life, we, at BollyCurry, sign off.
