Madame Dhak Dhak Joins B-twn A-list Line-up!

With an impressive career spanning over 25 years of dazzling dance routines and romancing some of Bollywood's hottest hunks, Madhuri Dixit-Nene has undoubtedly earned her right of residence at Marylebone Road. Die-hard fans surely have their wishes come true as after ek do teen months, this award-winning actress becomes the most recent Indian addition to set foot in London's original major tourist attraction, Madame Tussauds.

The decision was ultimately taken when fans from all over the world poured in their request to have an imitation of Dixit-Nene featured in wax. Sculptors in Mumbai had a sitting with the actress at the soonest to capture her million dollar smile in it's most genuine form.

Fans will be delighted to know that  authenticity is priortiy for the famous sculptors. They observed the actress closely during the creation process and collaborated with the star to agree upon the pose which her statue will feature. Dixit-Nene later decided to make a humble donation of a Manish Malhotra sari for her figure to wear. Her shoulder length hair will be heartily styled and naturally flowing to show off her tresses to full effect, amidst the company of her waxed co-stars which include some of the biggest names in the Indian cinema: Shahrukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan and Amitabh Bachchan.

Madhuri was thrilled to be included in the Madame Tussauds A-list Bollywood line-up, and believed this invitation to be a real achievement and a recognition of her work as an artist.

The actress has reportedly flown to London this week with husband, Dr. Sriram Nene, and sons, Arin and Ryan. Her children are having a tough time letting go of their excitement as they wait to see their Mother's wax double, due to be unveiled for the first time in - full glitz and glamour - on March 7.

Madame Tussauds aspire to have her 150,000 pounds stunning figure receiving huge popularity and believe that their Bollywood area will continue to grow determinedly.
