Year 2011 was rife with rumours that silver screen actresses who
had given B-Town a miss due to other priorities in life were planning a
comeback in 2012. The list of ladies making a return includes the much
loved divas of the 90s, thus, BC brings to you the tentative list of the
ladies ready to create magic on our screens again.
Karisma Kapur,
who become

a no-show in tinsel town after her marriage to Sanjay Kapur
in 2003, is expected to make her comeback with Vikram Bhatt's
Dangerous Ishq.
Her fans will see her portraying not one or two but five different
characters spanning five different periods of time. This 3D supernatural
thriller is set to release in June 2012. The remake of
Satte Pe Atta will also be starring this sassy lady. And if you miss seeing her shaking a leg, worry not,
Housefull 2 will have this wish fulfilled with Karisma performing in an item song.

The second lady in the list is our
Dhak Dhak girl,
Madhuri Dixit, who is all set to return to the industry with her second attempt in the sequel of
Ishqiya,
Dedh Ishqiya. Her previous try,
Aaja Nachle,
failed at the box office and Madhuri had returned to the USA but now
she's back, at the age of 44, ready to give tough competion to the young
ladies of B-town!

Next in queue is the much loved and
talented lady that tinsel town has ever produced. Making her comeback
after almost 15 years, it is none other than the
Hawa Hawai girl,
Sridevi Kapoor. Currently working on an upcoming flick,
English Vinglish,
Sridevi
plays the central role of an Indian woman who gets married in an
American contest. The film deals with the struggle of this woman to
please her family and find her own identity. The movie is set to hit the
screens in 2012.
Raveena Tandon, who was last seen in
Sandwich with Govinda in 2006 as well as was in an item song in
Budha Hoga Tera Baap, will be seen making a complete comeback with
Gin Liya Asmaan.
Directed by Rishi Deshpande, this movie will see Raveena in a role of
substance, essaying the mother of a young boy who believes his father,
missing from a plane crash, lives in sky.

B-town's dimpled lady,
Preity Zinta, who has been missing in action since her last,
Heroes in 2008, is also expected to return with
Ishkq in Paris,
a rom-com directed by Prem Soni. Here, she portrays the role of an
Indian-French gal and will co-star with many Indian and French actors.
And last but not the least, our new mom, Aishwarya Rai may also make her comeback on the silver screen. She was last seen in
with Hrithik Roshan in 2010 and was working with her hubby in Rajkumar Santoshi's next
before the news of her pregnancy escaped and the venture had to be
postponed. The movie is expected to hit the theatres in 2012 so we can
expect to see Lady Bachchan back in action soon.
