Sridevi returns with Big B!

Sridevi fans sang with rejoice when the nation's favorite announced that she will be returning to the big screen. However, they now have one more song to sing - she is to return with Amitabh Bachchan in tow!

After a hiatus of 15 years, Sridevi will star in director Balki's wife Gauri Shinde's directorial debut film, English Vinglish. The story is of a middle-class housewife who is the brunt of jokes due to her weak English. This leads to her enrolling into an English course to impress her family. Talk doing the circuit mentions that the concept may be loosely based on the popular TV show, Zabaan Sambhalke.

However, Big B is touted to only play a cameo appearance, an offer he did not hesitate to take up. The actor is to portray a fellow passenger that Sridevi meets whilst on the flight - a comic scene written specifically with him in mind.

The duo have been seen happily catching up in between takes, reminiscing the old days whilst munching on home-made food Sridevi especially bought in for the unit. So it came as no surprise when Big B's recent Tweet consisted of: "SiDevi still the same .. spontaneous and lovely ..!!" ((c) Twitter).

The last time Sridevi and Big B were seen on-screen was for their 1993 super hit, Khuda Gawah.

Even though they share very little screen space, we're sure fans wait with baited breath to see their favorites in action!
