Vidya Balan clad in a sexy two-piece bikini on the cover of a
Maxim magazine, it's what everyone is buzzing about right now.
But is it real?
The picture of the actress recently took the web by storm, leaving
everyone awestruck and s

peechless to see her shedding the conservative
but alluring image she has maintained so far in exchange for a glam,
sexy avatar. But now that the dust has settled a bit, it turns out that
the whole thing is nothing but a hoax! Apparently the photo is not real
at all! It is the work of some mischief-makers who very convincingly
photoshopped Vidya's face to someone else's bikini clad body.
Though at a first glance it is hard to tell the authenticity of the
image, there are a few key points that give away the truth. Firstly,
the magazine denies that Vidya is on any cover of theirs. Secondly,
Vidya hasn't been in town for some time now and is actually out of the
country. Thirdly, those close to the actress have denied that she ever
did such a photoshoot. Lastly, and most importantly, the text on the
magazine cover is "Annual 2011" issue which is interesting given that
the year has only just begun.
According to sources, Vidya is quite upset about the whole incident
and is planning to take legal action against the people who have
uploaded the image. The actress was heard saying that when she was first
told about the image, she thought is was a case of mistaken identity
but was completely taken aback when she actually saw it.
This is not the first time something like this has happened to a
Bollywood actress. If you go back to a few months, you'll remember the
similar morphed photos of the Dabangg girl, Sonakshi Sinha, in a green bikini making the rounds.
Kudos to Vidya for taking the steps to punish those behind this irresponsible deed.
