off with 'Karz', in keeping with the flavour of the season. The other
movies lined up for the festival include 'Khalnayak', 'Ram Lakhan',
'Taal', 'Pardes', 'Karma', 'Hero', 'Yaadein', 'Trimurti', and
'Saudagar'.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohan Gopinath, Deputy Business Head, Zee
Cinema, said, "Indian Cinema has so much to thank Subhash Ghai for.
Ghai is one of the few film-makers who have genuinely enriched the
canvas of Indian Cinema through films that have withstood the test of
time, characters that live on in our hearts even today, music that has
been an instant and timeless rage and lending to Hindi Cinema some of
its biggest superstars."
'The Showman Show' airs on Sundays, 8.30 pm, on Zee Cinema. -(SAMPURN)
