It is often said that fashion is for women, but in reality, fashion
can be considered a gender neutral interest, whether it be a man or
woman. The India Luxury Style Week for Men proves that to be true in a
very effective manner, might we add. When we're talking about luxury and
style, BollyCurry's Fashion Police is ever present. Here's taking a
look at the India Luxury Style Week for Men
2015.
Being the brand ambassador and the man to launch the week is not a
joke, and Mr. Kumar defined manly seriousness with the outfit he donned
for the event. Appearing on stage in a blue suit paired with a white
shirt, grey tie, a pair of sunglasses, and a stylish stick in hand,
Kumar set the stage on fire with his formal yet chic look. Add to it the
Gabbar is Back look and we have an appearance to die for. We loved the addition of the formal yet casual looking shoes. Rating: 5/5
Next up is
Neil Nitin Mukesh, the showstopper of the first evening.
One of his many outfits was this traditional outfit by Ramesh Dembla.
Showcasing a blue sherwani paired with a purple salwar and an orange and
black striped scarf,
Neil Nitin Mukesh looked slightly out of place.
The outfit overall however, has the colours going well for itself. A
lovely look for the show stopper but perhaps,
on the wrong one?

The event was also graced by Bollywood's very own "bad man",
Gulshan Grover. Keeping it cool and comfortable, Grover showed up at the
event in a pair of blue jeans with a white t-shirt and a suave grey
jacket. The Fashion Police is happy to say that this "bad man" just
landed himself the "good style" title. Add in the glasses and the actor
has landed himself an A+ from our side. We're not too sure about that
beard though.

Zarine Khan

While the event seemed to be dominated by the male gender, females
were seen strutting about as well. Zarine Khan showed up at the event in
a black, knee length frock. She paired the look with black pumps and a
cute, red clutch. With green nails, a multi-layered bracelet and a ring,
we feel like there's something missing. Some colour wouldn't have hurt
with multi-coloured bracelets and extra bling. Nonetheless, well done
Khan, well done. Rating: 4/5
Finally we bring to you
Akshay Kumar's
Baby co-star,
Madhurima Tuli, who also attended the event and spoke a few words about
her co-star. She posed for the cameras in a Kommal Sood brown, full
length gown. Pairing the look with pink nails and a black choker
necklace, we can only wish she had added in a bracelet or a ring, for
those arms look much too bare. Nonetheless, this look is a winner.

In just the first year, India Luxury Style Week for Men has
recieved the approval of BollyCurry's Fashion Police. With no look less
than four, we can only expect much more in the coming years. We do thank
the Gods of the fashion world for no fashion scales being dropped to
zero for once. Here's celebrating a great launch!
