Sonam Kapoor Shows What A Headline Grabbing Dramatic Outfit Looks Like

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is one of the select few B-Town actresses who is known for her fashion picks. She is the woman who is to be credited for introducing the term fashionista to India and ever since then Sonam has been living up to it, and how! So she did last night on the red carpet of Filmfare Glamour And Style Awards 2019.

Although actresses like Mouni and Deepika were the first ones to arrive at the event, they did not have anything new to surprise our style desk, but Sonam who walked in late, made us believe it was worth all the wait!

Sonam showed us what a headline-grabbing OOTN looks like. She wore a black chantilly lace saree gown from Shehlaa Khan's summer/resort collection 2019. What brought victorian drama to her look were those lantern sleeves, and adding to it was that Philip Treacy hat. Keeping the outfit as the star of her look, Sonam chose a pair of subtle but sparkly diamond encrusted earrings from Narayan jewels.

Sonam's overall look screamed femme fatal and also her makeup which was popping with a hot red lipstick and fluttery long lashes.

On work front, Sonam is riding high on the success of Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. The film opened to a vast critical acclaim and went on to achieve a remarkable feat with niche audience.
