An actor of high caliber, Vinay Pathak is always seen doing something different. He recently played role of Amar Kaul in 'Dasvidaniya' and Bobby in 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi'. Soon he will be coming with 'Straight- Ek Thedhi Medhi Love Story' where he plays the role of Pinu.


The story is about confused sexuality of the central character Pinu Patel, played absolutely to the galleries by Vinay Pathak. Straight picks up from where Dostana left and weaves a comic tale around a motely group of Gujrati NRIs in London. 


Its a funny tale about Pinu, who struggles with himself, his fears and his complexes, to 'come out' as straight and find himself a love story.


The film is produced under the banner of IDream Production, directed by Paravati Balagopalan and will release in the first week of March, 2009.


It stars Vinay Pathak, Gul Panag, Anuj Choudhary, Sid Makkar, Achla Sachdev, Damandeep Singh Baggam, Ketki Dave, Rasik Dave
