Ranbir and Deepika back with crackling on-screen chemistry?

In near future, as the reports suggest Deepika Padukone is scheduled to play the acid-attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal in Meghna Gulzar's next installment. The actress is also known to bag the producer's hat for the untitled drama and thriller. Further, she has also heard Luv Ranjan's script as the film might star Ranbir Kapoor and Ajay Devgn.

On the other hand, Ranbir is currently working for Ayan Mukerji's directorial Brahmastra, which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, and Moni Roy.    

According to the reports from DNA Ranbir and Deepika might reunite for Luv Ranjan's directorial. A source revealed, "Deepika has just heard the synopsis. Nothing has been finalized yet. But it is an exciting project and just the fact that she has shown interest is a good sign." 

So far, the duo has performed for three films- Bachna Ae Haseeno, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and Tamasha. The actors have successfully clenched the audience with their outstanding on-screen chemistry.

As the characters Ved and Tara from Tamasha have been etched into the audience's mind, the fans have been demanding for more films which star the duo. The crackling chemistry between the two is what made the films much more interesting. The two were recently spotted at Karan Johar's residence along with Shah Rukh Khan, Amir Khan, Alia Bhatt, and Ranveer Singh.

This surely seems to be a good sign. Would you like to see the duo sharing screen space?
