It was just last evening that
Hrithik Roshan and Disha Patani's controversy died down after the latter released an official statement and cleared the air.
Now, the actor has landed himself in another trouble. As per reports, a cheating case has been filed against the Greek God of Bollywood in Chennai's Kodungaiyar area by stockist, named R. Muralidharan. Along with Hrithik, there are eight more people against whom the case has been registered.
In his complaint, Muralidharan has claimed that he was appointed as a stockist by a Gurgaon-based firm to merchandise products under
Hrithik Roshan's brand HRX and that the actor and others conspired with one another to dupe him of Rs 21 Lakh.
The report further states that the brand did not supply him the products regularly and even dissolved its marketing team without informing him. An absence of marketing and lack of proper supply led to the degradation of sales and when Muralidharan tried to return a few products, the brand refused to take it back.
The Kodungaiyur police have now registered a case against Hrithik and eight others under Section 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) of the Indian Penal Code.
