Abhishek shares his experience about working with wife Aishwarya

Bollywood Actor Abhishek Bachchan is all set for the release of his upcoming film Manmarziyaan. During a media interaction, Abhishek Bachchan has opened up about taking a two-year break from acting and returning to the big screen with his new film 'Manmarziyaan', where he stars with Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal.

In an interview when Abhishek was asked about why he chose to stay away from films for so long. Abhishek said that "It was my conscious decision. I wanted to step back and take a look at the choices that I have made and examine the quality of work that  I have been doing. I called it a process of 'revaluation, reassessment' and taking stock of my 'strengths and weaknesses'. It was then I decided on the kind of work that I really wanted to do."

He added "I won't repeat the mistakes which I have done in past " but he also said that " I wouldn't  feel shy away from making new mistakes"

As we all know, Abhishek and Anurag Kashyap share a very good bond with each other. The actor is slated to work in another production of Anurag's called 'Gulab Jamun' where he will be paired with wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. He was also asked about his experience to work with his wife Aishwarya in Gulab Jamun. He said that working with his wife was always special. "Gulab Jamun is a sweet film and it's always a pleasure to work with the missus. Every time we've done a film together, it has been special."

He also shared his views about his wife's movie Fanney Khan stating that "I really enjoyed it, I think it was sensational. This is one performance of her where I really felt that she let loose completely, she was so uninhabited I really enjoyed that. She was really enjoying being on set and I thought this was a really different performance from her that you have never seen before. I really thought it was a liberated performance."
