Madhu Chopra REACTS on Salman being UPSET with daughter Priyanka

Priyanka Chopra's exit from the much-talked-about film 'Bharat' came as a rude shock to the audience and of course to the team of Bharat. Director of this film Ali Abbas Zafar sounded cool in his announcement tweet of Priyanka leaving Bharat but reports suggested that Salman Khan who plays the main lead in the film was left upset with Pee Cee's move.

Now, after Salman's father Salim Khan reacting to these reports, it's Priyanka's mother Madhu Chopra who has responded to reports of Salman being upset with her daughter. During a recent media interaction, while clearing the air on this scenario, she said, "You people (The Media) only make such stuff up, Salman is not upset with her".

Recently, Salman's dad Salim Khan had a similar response to that of Pee Cee's mom over these reports. He had stated, "It's okay whatever happened. Priyanka is not doing Bharat, let her be. Such things happen in our industry".

About his son Salman Khan's reaction on Pee Cee's exit, he had revealed, "Nope, it's not the nth hour. And I repeat, such things happen - sometimes they happen for date issues, or the role, or even the money aspect. Aur kabhi aadmi ki kuch apni majbooriyan hoti hai (At times, people have their own reasons). I haven't yet got into the details of why Priyanka left Bharat. We are not upset with Priyanka. Salman Khan is also not upset".

As known to all, Katrina Kaif has replaced Priyanka and will be playing the love of Salman's character in the film. Announcing the new leading lady of 'Bharat', Salman had tweeted along with the actress's picture, "Ek sundar aur shusheel ladki jiska Naam hai Katrina Kaif ... Swagat hai aapka #Bharat ki zindagi mein ..."
