'Gold' is the first biggest film in the 2nd half of 2018

Excel Entertainment's one of the most ambitious projects 'Gold' releases this year. 

Also interestingly 'Gold' marks to be the first biggest film in the second half of the year.

The first half of the year has been really excellent as films like Padmaavat, Race 3 & Sanju have done exceptionally well at the box office.

Gold is one of the most awaited films of the year and has created immense buzz ever since the film was announced.

The trailer of Gold received an overwhelming response from the audience and has created a nail-biting wait for its release.

The recently released songs of Gold has also resonated well with the listeners.

Gold' marks to be the first association between Akshay Kumar and Excel Entertainment led by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. 

Gold' marks the Bollywood debut of actress Mouni Roy opposite Akshay Kumar. 

Apart from Akshay and Mouni, 'Gold' has an ensemble cast of Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh, Vineet Singh, Sunny Kaushal & Nikita Dutta.  

The period film is helmed by Reema Kagti has been shot across the UK and India. 

Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner name Excel Entertainment, the film is written and directed by Reema Kagti and will hit the theatres on 15th August 2018.
