Sara signs her third film; will share screen space with Saif Ali Khan

Sara Ali Khan's debut journey in Bollywood has been no less than a bumpy ride for her. After almost her debut film 'Kedarnath' getting shelved to the controversy between her two films - Kedarnath and Simmba leading her to the court, all Sara needs right now is a smooth ride towards her big Bollywood debut.

Now that things have fallen into place and she is simultaneously shooting for both the films, reports suggest that Sara Ali Khan has bagged her third film already. Yes, you heard it right and it's with none other than papa dearest Saif Ali Khan.

Reports in DNA further reveal that Saif was in talks with filmmaker Nitin Kakkar, for a film based on the father-daughter relationship. The movie will be a slice-of-life relationship drama revolving around a father and his daughter, added the report.

About the development, a source informed DNA, "It's a comical, but poignant take on the friendship and the equation that exists between a baap and his beti. But it will have a message, too."

"Nitin has also approached Sara Ali Khan for the role of the daughter.  This will probably be Saif and Sara's first film together. Both of them have liked the story and have verbally given their nod. Now, the modalities and the dates need to be sorted out. Sara and Saif were Nitin's first choices and the makers thought it would make for an interesting casting coup", he concluded.
