EXCLUSIVE: Sunita DIDN'T want THIS thing to HAPPEN at Sonam's WEDDING

Sonam Kapoor's wedding has been the most talked about Bollywood affair this year. It was a proper big fat Punjabi wedding. The whole of B-town enjoyed their heart out. From dancing to partying, the Kapoor mansion was lit up for the three day festivities!

Apart from the Wedding, the actress was also busy with the promotions of her recently released film, "Veere Di Wedding". Along with preparing for her big day, she was also keeping a tab on her various promotional activities.

Now our close source has revealed to us that a person close to Sonam suggested her and her sister Rhea Kapoor (who is also the co-producer of the film) and her mom Sunita Kapoor to include the promotional activities along with her wedding festivities, like launching the song on her Sangeet Ceremony, etc. As it would give a good boost to the film.

Without giving it any second thought, Mom Sunita scrapped the idea straight away and told the person that it's her daughter's wedding and she want no such activities to revolve around it.

She made it clear to everyone to not indulge in any sort of promotions during the festivities because it's the most precious day of her daughter's life and she does not want it to be tainted with any such activities.
