Farhan Akhtar LASHED OUT on Twitter Users

Farhan Akhtar is known for speaking his mind always. The actor has been vocal about various issues in the past and this time around too, he decided to speak his heart out about an issue that the whole Nation is facing, 'Petrol Hike'.

The actor posted on his Twitter page, "84 per litre mubarak to you and your loved ones. Actual cost I believe is 31, based on info i could find online (do correct me if I'm wrong, happy to learn) .. the rest are central & state taxes, cess & commissions. Just so you know that the price can be brought down."

It seems Farhan's dig at the increase in petrol and diesel prices didn't go down well with a few Twitteratis who in turn started questioning the actor and he too in return was answering everyone.

But, one user's comment irked him to the extent that he lost his cool and lashed out at him.

The user posted: "Sir if every Indian start paying all direct and indirect Taxes with Full honesty than Govt don't have to collect through Fuel. By the way it is well known fact that Bollywood is the biggest source for generating and consuming black money."

To this Farhan retorted: "Yes it's all Bollywood's money lying in those Swiss banks that we await the return of with bated breath. You are so naive.. And maybe you should research how many Bollywood people pay their taxes apart from generate entertainment tax for most states."

Tired of replying to everyone, Farhan in the end posted, "Anyway .. my take and opinion on this #fuelhike matter is out there for you to think about, agree with or criticise. I must get on with my life now... Jai Hind."
