The fashionista of Bollywood Sonam Kapoor tied the knot with her longtime beau Anand Ahuja amidst many celebrations on 8th May. The new bride then soon got back to her professional commitments and was seen making a splash on the red carpet of Cannes Film Festival.

Upon returning to Mumbai, the actress without taking a break, kick-started the promotions of her upcoming film 'Veere Di Wedding'. It's been three days and the actress is continuously promoting her film despite husband Anand being in the city.

But, yesterday, after a tiring day filled with promotions, Sonam and Anand went for their first dinner as a married couple. Walking hand-in-hand, the two were all smiles for the camera and were indeed a beautiful couple!

In all this, we need to appreciate Sonam's husband Anand, who is being such a supportive person towards his hard-working wife. No wonder Sonam always praises her husband!

Speaking of Anand, that man stunned us all by appearing in Sneakers for his own reception party. While many criticised and laughed about it, what Anand looked for was comfort before fashion. And we second this!

Revealing about why Anand wore sneakers, wife Sonam Kapoor in an interview to India Today stated, "He wore sneakers to make fun of me and also because he did not want to be in formal shoes all evening. Anand didn't realize and obviously not being of the industry, he wore sneakers and it was fun".
