Zaira Wasim who made her Bollywood debut as a child artist in Nitesh Tiwari's critically acclaimed film, "Dangal" starring Aamir Khan shares some shocking news through her social media post.

The actress who was last seen in Aamir Khan's "Secret Superstar" has been dealing with a major illness that depression for a few years now. She also shared that she has been having panic attacks from the age of 12 years and now it has been so many times that the actress has clearly forgotten how many panic attacks she has been through till now. Well, it does not end here as she has also mentioned that she has been going through so much that she has been getting some suicidal thoughts.

Talking in detail about her depression Zaira also said that all this, while she was mum about the issue as everytime she talked to someone on this people, stopped her by saying nothing like depression is there in the world and neither it affects the younger ones. In the end, she mentioned that she wants to take a break from her school, work, social life, and especially social media and looking forward to the holy month of Ramadan to figure out things.

Concluding her statement she thanked her family and well-wishers and requested her fans to remember in her prayers.
