Salman Khan has been found guilty by the Jodhpur court for the Blackbuck poaching case under Section 9 of the Indian Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972. After 19 years, the blackbuck poaching case against Bollywood actor Salman Khan and his celebrity colleagues was decided by a Jodhpur court.
After so many years the court had finally kept its hearing in the first week of April, 2018 where the actor was sentenced for five years imprisonment along with Rs 10,000 as fine under Section 51 of the Act, whereas his colleagues, Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and Tabu have been acquitted of all the charges.
However, the actor was bailed after spending two nights in the jail. The superstar was allowed for his plea for bail and suspension of the sentence so that he can file an appeal against his conviction and sentencing.
However, the actor has his next hearing tomorrow in Jodhpur for which the actor reaches the place today morning before the sessions. But, fortunately, or unfortunately as he reached the Jodhpur court, he got to know that the hearing has been postponed to July 17, 2018.
Well, seems like, Salman will soon head to Mumbai and continue with his upcoming film, "Race 3".
