Irrfan Khan is suffering from Cancer: Spokesperson SLAMS reports

Recently, there were reports about Irrfan Khan's health deteriorating. The actor was said to be in the last stage of cancer and that despite efforts of various doctors he couldn't be saved.

The reports stated film journalist Umair Sandhu's statement, who on his twitter account had posted that Irrfan's health is consistently deteriorating. Citing family sources, he also shared that Irrfan's cancer was in its final stage and that the doctors were of opinion that he may not last for more than a month.

Irrfan is reportedly in the United States of America for his treatment and now, after rumors and speculations about his health have failed to stop, his spokesperson released an official statement that all the stories are false.

His spokesperson's quote reads: "This latest round of news being spread through social media in the last few days about Irrfan's health is absolutely false and there's no truth to it whatsoever.

We as his family and friends again request the members of the media to continue their support and the prayers that have come Irrfan's way.

However it's not right to spread rumours through mediums of social media without fact check or any official validation. In the meanwhile once again we request everyone to refrain from picking up social media statuses as affirmative developments on someone's health."

We wish Irrfan a speedy recovery and may God grant strength to his family and friends in such difficult times.
