Salman Khan who on Thursday was announced convicted in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case has been receiving all the support from the Bollywood industry. On the day when he was convicted, veteran actress Jaya Bachchan expressed that Khan should be given relief.
Many Bollywood actors took to Twitter to express their disappointment over the judgment and now Salman's 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' co-star Sonam Kapoor, who is known to give her honest opinions on various issues, today took to Twitter to support the actor by sharing this following message with a throwback picture of the two.

As for now, Salman has been sentenced 5 years of Jail imprisonment and has spent 2 nights in Jail. While the delay in his bail hearing has confused us all; many fans and well-wishers of the actor anticipate the judgment to be in the favour of Salman.
Earlier, Varun Dhawan who is known to be close to Salman also expressed his opinion on this issue. He had expressed, "I know for a fact that Salman bhai and his family have the utmost respect and faith in our judiciary system. @BeingSalmanKhan is one of the strongest and most genuine people I know and I'm sure he will come out of this stronger."

The Jodhpur court on Thursday had announced Salman Khan guilty in the 1998 Blackbuck poaching case while his 'Hum Saath-Saath Hai' co-stars naming Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam Kothari were acquitted by the court. The actor was accused of killing two blackbucks in Kankani village in Jodhpur.
