Legendary actress Sridevi's untimely demise has left everyone shocked and grieving. While this news still remains difficult to believe; Sridevi's family is slowly trying to cope up with the loss of a wonderful person.
Husband Boney Kapoor was busy performing the last rites of his wife Sridevi by first immersing her ashes in Rameswaram and then later immersed her ashes in Ganga at Haridwar. Meanwhile, Sridevi's daughter Jhanvi Kapoor has resumed shooting for her debut film 'Dhadak'.
When the news of Sridevi's sudden demise broke out, earlier reports suggested that she stayed back in Dubai with her sister Srilatha. However, when the actresses mortal remains were brought back to India and also during her last rites, Srilatha was no were to be seen which has left us all confused.
Apparently, a source reveals that Srilatha has been asked not to comment on this issue. A source close to the Kapoor family revealed to Deccan Chronicle, "Srilatha has been asked to remain quiet and out of the picture. We don't know why. We've also heard that Srilatha and her husband Satish will be given ownership of Sridevi's bungalow in Chennai".
Not only this, reports also reveal that some of Sridevi's properties that were purchased from her earnings are also expected to be transferred to her sister now.
It's also to be noted that over the years, Sridevi and Srilatha didn't have a cordial relationship. The sisters were also involved in a legal battle for a long time but later everything was sorted between the two after the intervention of Sridevi's husband Boney Kapoor.
