SHOCKING claims made AGAINST Nawazuddin Siddiqui by Detectives

As reported earlier, Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui was summoned by the Thane Police last week. The actor was to appear before the probe agency officers on Friday, but he failed to present himself.

Following which, he has landed himself in another legal trouble, the Thane Crime Branch is now planning to summon him again in the case and if he fails to keep himself available for the investigations, strict actions will be taken against him.

Now, fresh reports suggest that the Thane Police have received evidence against Nawaz wherein the arrested private detectives have revealed that Nawazuddin Siddiqui had hired a few of the detectives to keep an eye on his wife. He even demanded her Call Data Record (CDR).

A total of eleven detectives have been taken into custody by the Thane Police. Among them all, India's first female detective, Rajani Pandit too has been arrested by the by the crime branch.

Thane police PRO Sukhada Narkar, in a statement has said, "We had issued summons to Nawazuddin Siddiqui to appear before the investigating team and record his statement. The summons were issued almost a week ago, and he had assured us that he would come on March 9. However, he didn't turn up on Friday.

Senior inspector Nitin Thakre, Thane crime branch has stated that the summons against Nawaz were issued after the investigations indicated that he allegedly had tried to obtain CDRs illegally.

"We had also summoned his lawyer, Rizwan Siddiqui who had come and given his statements. However, Nawazuddin didn't turn up," he said.

According to officers investigating the case, the actor had enlisted a private detective to obtain the call details of his wife, sources claimed.

Multiple calls and messages to the lawyer were unanswered. The agency handling the actor's PR responded to this reporter's queries with 'no comments'.
