Deepika recently received a special gift from special someone for her performance in "Padmaavat". The actress who is seen playing the titular role in the film has been winning the hearts of many.

A source close to the actor shares, "Deepika was elated to receive a handwritten note along with a gift from Rekhaji. It was a heart touching letter from the veteran actress who expressed her awe and appreciation towards Deepika's performance in Padmaavat."

Earlier the veteran actress had also gifted Deepika a beautiful silk saree which she had donned at a recent event. Rekha had gifted her the saree as a token of appreciation for her performance in Bajirao Mastani.
