Ranveer Singh: Mein Bachpan Se Hindi Film Ka Hero Banna Chahata Tha

If there's one actor who has infections energy while also giving sincerity to the work he does is none other than Ranveer Singh. In his Bollywood span of 8 years, the actor has been giving spectacular performances and with Padmaavat, Ranveer has given a remarkable performance!

Singh is receiving tremendous positive responses for his portrayal of the evil Turkey invader Alauddin Khilji from all over the world. Post an exhausting experience like this and amidst his shoot for upcoming film Gully Boy, the actor remains fresh as ever.

"Since childhood, I've had this energy. I've been bubbly and hyper-energetic since forever. Above all this, I've great level of enthusiasm for what I do. I'm very excited about acting in films. As known to all by now, Main Bachpan Se Hindi Film Ka Hero Banna Chahata Tha Aur Kuch Nahi (All my life I always wanted to be a hero of Hindi films and nothing else). And that's what I'm doing now. My genuine level of enthusiasm for the work I do and a combination of my natural level of hyper energy translates as a lot of energy".

Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Padmaavat narrates the interesting tale of how a turkey invader Alauddin Khilji (Ranveer) is mesmerized with the beauty of Rani of Chittor - Padmavati (Deepika Padukone) who happens to be the wife of Rawal Ratan Singh (Shahid Kapoor).
