Saif Ali Khan ignores Padman; wants to first watch Padmavat

We can safely say that the biggest movie clash in the month of January is that between R. Balki's social drama flick 'Padman' and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's period drama flick 'Padmavat' (initially titled Padmavati).

Both the films are releasing on 25^th January and are touted to be big films in terms of content and the star cast. While everyone is talking about this grand movie clash and figuring out their preferences, actor Saif Ali Khan is all clear with his choice.

Last night, Saif was present at a special screening of his upcoming black comedy film Kaalakaandi. Amidst the media interaction, Khan was asked if given a choice which movie (Padman or Padmavat) will he watch first. To which Saif responded, "Well, that's a tricky question. I think I'm keen to watch Padmavat. If given a choice I'd first like to watch Padmavati".

Jannat actress Sonal Chauhan was also present at the screening and she too was asked the same question. To which she replied, "I think they are both fantastic. I've always been an Akshay Kumar fan for the longest time but right now Ranveer Singh is one of the finest actors that we have in the country. I am a Rajput so I'll first watch Padmavat".

Saif's sister Soha Ali Khan with husband Kunal Khemmu also attended the screening. The two were also asked the same question, to which Kunal said, "Both actually. Both the films are lovely; one is on a great scale while one is a great social film. I'll watch both of them".  And Soha concluded, "We have to watch both of them".
