BMC takes action against Anil Kapoor

Along with Amitabh Bachhan and Rani Kapoor, a notice was issued to Actor Anil Kapoor for illegal construction, by the BMC. As Amitabh's team claimed that there was no such construction has been carried out, while Rani Mukerji paid a hefty price as penalty. But in Anil Kapoor's case, the BMC had to take actions.

The notice was issued under illegal construction in Anil Kapoor's production office, which is located on the sixth floor over a Mini Cooper Showroom, Savoy Chambers in Santacruz [West]. BMC has noticed that the construcions  of some cabins and partitions in the office of AKFC [Anil Kapoor Films Co-op Pvt Ltd], are illegal and against the  actual approved constructional plan. 

As per the BMC officials, the MRTP notice was ignored by the actor and his management, and they did not even pay the  penalty, so they had to resort to demolishing the illegal construction.
