Vidya Balan's "
Tumhari Sulu", is just couple of week away from it's release. In the movie, Vidya will be seen playing a role of a radio jocky who is also a homemaker. After Lago Raho Munnabhai, this will be the second time when Vidya will be seen in a role of a RJ.
Recently Vidya, in a interview with a leading daily, talked about her character, 'Sulu'. She said, "
It's great fun. I honestly i would play a radio jocky again, but thanks to Suresh Triveni, who gave me chance to play a different kind of radio jocky, a late night radio jokcy.
"'Sulu' just dont have a rounchy and seductive voice but she is mad, fun and always want to try new things, this why she end up getting the job as RJ, which is quite unusual for someone who has been a homemaker for over 12 years. But she is like that, because she does impossible."
When Vidya was asked about her stance on independent woman she said, "A working woman is invariably a housemaker. A work of a homemaker is tough and thankless job. Even if you are not doing it physically you are having to co-ordinate, organise, over see. And end of the day no one thanks you and there no money you get paid. But 99 out of 100 women have still manage home, even if they are working, thus it gets much tougher. That's what amazes me."
