Shah Rukh Khan's produced film, "
Ittefaq" is slated to release on 3rd November and although the film has a no promotion strategy, there was a special press conference today where the entire star cast with the director and the producers were present at the event.
The press conference was special as
Ittefaq marks best buddies
Shah Rukh Khan and
Karan Johar's 10th collaboration and thus the duo was caught in a candid conversation.
While at the event, SRK was asked the reason behind producing
Ittefaq, here's what the actor said,
"I'm not socially active and that's why it's difficult for me to nurture relations. But I feel for people for some reasons. The big thing is that those people feel a lot for me and I can sense that. The same way I've always felt for Renu Aunty (Renu Chopra) for some reasons and of course the two kids whom I've seen growing up - Abhay Chopra (Director of Ittefaq) and Juno (Creative director of Ittefaq)"."When Abhay decided to direct this film, I couldn't stop myself from producing Ittefaq as it has an amazing script. I have no sense of screenplay but the script impressed me", added SRK.
But we all know that Shahrukh has been there for his friends whenever they needed him. That's why he was quoted saying, "God forbidden if Karan ever goes through rough times I'll be the first one to stand by him".
Now, that's what BFF's are for? Aren't they?
