Barun Sobti's film 'Satra Ko Shaadi Hai' is almost SHELVED!

Film 'Satra Ko Shaadi Hai' which stars Barun Sobti and Sapna Pabbi is in the making since last four years now. The lead pair has finally lost hope that the movie will get to see the light of the day! Apparently, John Abraham got 50 - odd stars on board for the project.

Barun who is gearing up for his TV comeback was quoted saying, "I don't exactly know the status of that film, but I doubt it's ever going to come out. I finished shooting for it long ago." (sic)

The female lead, Sapna Pabbi, feels it's too late to talk about it. She said, "Earlier, I used to follow up with the director [Arshad Sayed] and the production house to find out the status of the film, but gave up after a point. Now it's too late, no? We had a lot of fun shooting, but I don't know the current status." (sic)

The report in popular daily states that the film would have been released under UTV- Disney banner, however, things didn't work out according to the plan. On the other hand, John Abraham has not been able to gather the capital required for the release of the film.
