WHAT? Alia Bhatt turned down a film opposite Shah Rukh Khan?

Buzz was that Shah Rukh Khan will soon begin working on his next project with filmmaker Aanand L Rai. Reports in media have also suggested that SRK has retained his 'Dear Zindagi' co-star Alia Bhatt for the film. However, latest reports now suggested that Alia has opted out of the film.

A report in a leading daily state that, Alia was hesistant in refusing a film opposite Shah Rukh. Thus, she approached her filmmaker friend Karan Johar. Who then suggested her to inform Aanand about her other shooting schedules and also to ask them to consider dates when she is available to shoot with them.

SRK was gald that Alia discussed the issue prior before they could start shooting for the project, the report mentioned further.
