'Half Girlfriend' to release in over 2500 screens, confirms NH Studioz

Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer 'Half Girlfriend' produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, Mohit Suri and Chetan Bhagat is one of the most anticipated releases of the year. The music is already being touted as the album of the year and we are proud to say it will release in over 2500 plus screens across India.

Releasing on 19th May, the film seems to be the single biggest release of the week, which will certainly work in their favor, given the growing popularity of the film and its music. The film's trailer has received over 30 million views across digital media alone and the songs too, have struck the right chords with the audiences.

Half Girlfriend is an adaptation of Chetan Bhagat's best-selling novel by the same name. The movie is Directed by Mohit Suri, a maestro in the romantic genre, 'Half Girlfriend; is an intense love story that sets out to explore the 'in-betweens' in relationships today. Arjun Kapoor plays the role of Madhav Jha and Shraddha Kapoor plays the role of Riya Somani and the film is set against the backdrop of three distinct worlds of Delhi, Patna and New York.
