Is Alia Bhatt acting PRICEY?

Alia Bhatt, at the age of 24 has established herself as a brand in the entertainment industry. Be it films like Kapoor & Sons, Udta Punjab, Dear Zindagi or Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya, she has won our hearts with her scintillating performances. It's all due to her sheer hard work that compels every filmmaker to cast her in their films.

The actress was reported to have turned down the offer to play opposite Aamir Khan in Yashraj banner's 'Thugs of Hindostan'. Aamir preferred Alia over other actresses as he considered her apt for the role. But Alia declined the offer.

As per latest reports in a popular tabloid, filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh has been working on the third installment of 'Kahaani' series and his team approached Alia to play the lead in the film.

However, Ali rejected the offer for 'Kahaani 3' as well!

It is the success of her recent films that's making her act pricey? Or there is genuinely a reason for her to decline everything that's coming her way!

The report quoted a source informing, "Sujoy approached Alia with a script which she turned down. The actress was excited with Sujoy but declined the offer when she didn't find it good enough". (sic)

"Alia is in a position today where she can decline offers is she doesn't like them. She's eager to work if the script suits her sensibilities too," the source shared further. (sic)

Well, at this point of her filmy career, we can say that Alia has a better sense of 'what suits her the best'.
