Bollywood's most eligible bachelor, Salman Khan turned 51 today and friends from B-town and fans from all across has been showering the actor with loads of love and warm wishes.

The actor celebrated his 51^st birthday last night with few close friends and family members at his Panvel farmhouse.

Sharing his happiness with the media the actor said, "There is no great or special preparations being done for my birthday. In fact, I was planning to announce that I am not in the country. Every time we invite 200 to 300 people and almost 3000 turn up. It then becomes difficult to control." (sic)

Salman's film 'Sultan' performed well on the box office and the actor hopes to work for more success in 2017. He says, "I hope 2017 will be better for me than this year."

On professional front, Salman is awaiting the release of his upcoming film 'Tubelight' that is slated to release next year in Eid.
