Actress Alia Bhatt is on cloud nine these days- all thanks to the tremendous success of her recently released film 'Dear Zindagi'. Applauds has been flowing in from all sides for her stellar performance in the movie where she plays the role of a cinematographer who is also suffering from various issues related to the mental health. Shah Rukh acts a psychiatrist to her.
But in real life, it's Alia's sister Shaheen Bhatt who is actually suffering from depression (a form of mental illness). In her recent instagram post, Shaheen has revealed her problem. She posted:

Alia is pretty sad with her sister's condition and feels helpless as she is unable to help her out of this illness. She said, "I am there to support her unconditionally. If she just needs me to be around, I am there for her. Whenever she needs to talk to me, I am there to talk to her. But she has her own process of dealing with it which only she understands and I can't be part of. No matter how hard I try,". (sic)
She also feels that her sister is a strong person and is handles her illness very well. "Whenever she seeks me for companionship, I am there. Otherwise, she is a strong person and she has to deal with it herself. No matter how much I love her, I can't help her get over the depression. She has to do it on her own.", she stated further. What's more beautiful to see is the bond that Alia-Shaheen share and never let each other down in times of need.
