Sushant Singh Rajput's potrayal of M.S Dhoni's life in M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story has been loved by the audience. The film has yeild good profit in terms of its box office collections. As seen in the film, Mahendra Singh Dhoni had to compromise with his dream of becoming a cricketer and had to rather work as a railway T.T.E.
The story is much similar in the case of Sushant.
Though he is a famed actor today, it wasn't that easy for him to reach this platform. The actor dreamed to be an actor but had to choose engineering as it was a profession that would guarantee success and happiness.
He said, "It was ironic, I wanted to join either IIT Delhi or IIT Mumbai but couldn't score enough to get through and yet, there I was, giving a speech at one of them a few years later. It was a high," he beams". (sic)
Addressing the students at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Sushant informed that he had dropped out of Delhi College of Engineering to pursue his career in Bollywood.
He shares, "It wasn't an easy decision but there was no point of wasting another year doing what I didn't want to,". (sic)
Sushant is currently busy with Homi Adajania's upcoming film Takdum with Parineeti Chopra.
